Food Panda PhilippinesThis happened twice. In fact, the first dispute was never refunded. I just had to use their services for convenience amidst the pandemic situation. It is very hard to reach them especially for complaints. A very frustrating experience for people who continue to strive and work hard just to be able to eat. In addition to that, they sent an auto-generated email saying that payment was refunded but it was not... on their app. It's showing debited from my bank acct but no credit given...
