I ordered today for my parents food, unfortunately the rider cancelled it in an instant without attempting to call or message me in the app. Your customer service ia very poor that they just let it pass nxnad waste my time. Can you please send me proof that your rider is really attempted to contact me? Because it seems that he did not make an effort to deliver my food. Please give proof. Because I sent a message on the application but he cancelled it.It's really fine if your driver just send back the food to the restaurant so we can do pick up and not have personal interests on the food. They really need the food I paid it its almost 1000php. Pls understand how hard it is to earn money during this time. And the food is for the covid patients. This is not acceptable, it is like stealing food on the covid patient and from the people.
