No refund - Consumer Complaint for Food Panda Philippines

I ordered 5 half galloons of ice cream and im about to finish it by paying it by card.
To my surprise i got an error message and my order had not proceeded so it was cancelled.

I received a notification from my bank of twice deduction and reported it immediately to their customer care but they are saying its not charged

This company is a scam

I want to received my money back

116 dirhams in uae twice deduction from my account

If i will not refund to this i will go to raffy tulfo in action so your food delivery will not continue to operate this is too much. I read a lot of reviews to all customers who didnt received their refund.

So better yet give my refund back.
