No refund until today - Consumer Complaint for Food Panda Philippines

I have 2 incident where ordered via card and until now I still didnt receive a refund. 1st incident was on Sept 28 - Oct 2 between that days it was a Jollibee spaghetti pan which was sold out but still it got deducted on my account the 2nd incident is where I ordered food worth 300+ and when I tap checkout the application errored and didnt process my order but still my debit card got deducted
