THEY NEVER REFUND - Consumer Complaint for Food Panda Philippines

I ordered them food cost 600 pesos and suddenly they cancelled my order and said the vendor was closed, I kept contacting th through email and other social media, they just keep answering automated messages and did not refund my money for almost 2 weeks now. Please help me with this issue and prevent them to steal money from other people.
