Case was opened on March 1, I asked why is my 5 free deliveries are already used. Agent response, all 5 was already consumed (Duh???!) pointing what is already obvious but agent did not cite what are my orders that used the free deliveries for my panda pro. I then pointed, the days I know the free deliveries, which has 4 dates, asking them what day I missed, so I am asking a breakdown. They then replied, I am sorry but all the 5 are already consumed... I am tired of explaining this same scenario, they reply fast BUT DOES NOT go deep and undestand my issue... THEN I SENT screenshots of my orders from history, then they gave dates that include my order on march 4 from pizza hut(pizza hut has free delivery that day, so they covered the free delivery on that day, again March 4) I started my complaint March 1, agents are already saying that I have used my 5 free deliveries...And pizza hut offers free delivery and that day I have a status of all used 5 free deliveries... these indians on food panda CSRs DOES NOT CARRY logic and Comprehensions. Through out our conversation, everytime I send them facts to my knowledge, they reply the same exact message, stirring up situation. Please RETRAIN people from your email customer service to be equipes with COMPREHENSION and knowledge
