You have to either refund this or give me my food, or I will escalate this complaint to the authorities. This is not only an inconvenience, but a very bad business practice since you are disregarding my right as a consumer who fairly PAID for products and service that was not delivered to me as promised.
As I have mentioned to your agents in the app and on Facebook, this was NOT my fault. I was looking at my phone waiting for my orders to arrive. It says the rider is on his way, then changed to "arriving". This was when I refreshed the app and clicked on the messages button, and I saw that the rider has sent me messages that he was already downstairs. So i replied that I will go down.
When I went down, the security guard told me that the rider just left. Then I looked at my messages and saw that my order has already been canceled, to my shock!
I made the order at 2:10 and was canceled by your rider at 2:51. Considering that ordering, preparing and delivering all happened in just but 41 minutes, I am not convinced that your rider actually waited long enough for me to go down and pick up my order. As a matter of fact, our building's lobby guard recorded in his log book that your rider arrived at 2:49 pm.
So how can you say that he waited long enough when our guard recorded his arrival at 2:49pm and he canceled my order only 2 minutes after?
I am, again, very frustrated about this matter but in the interest of fairness, please process my refund already so I need not escalate this matter to the authorities.
