Rider marked delivered but I did'nt get my order - Consumer Complaint for Food Panda Philippines

I ordered my food to Mcdonalds thru Foodpanda. I've waited for how many munites preparing my order. It says that my order is already handled by the rider, but after a few minutes it says that my order was delivered but no one message me that he is in my location, i check it outside but no Foodpanda appear. Then I contact the HelpCenter, they say that the rider accidentally click the delivered, then they asked me to wait for 10-15 minutes to deliver my order. After 15minutes no food arrive, then I message again the Help Center, they told me that the rider delivered my food to the wrong address, so they ask me if I wanted to re'order and wait for 30-45 minutes, supposed to be thats my dinner, I chose to order thru foodpanda since I cannot go out and less hassle for me. I paid it thru BDO debit card and it is already deducted to my account. Again I've waited for 45minutes but no call or no update from the agents, i message them again and ask for an update, while checking he said that my re'order did not process, so he asked me if I want to re'order again and wait for 30-45 minutes, or refund for 14days.After 2 hours no resolution from them, I am very hungry so I ordered again and I pay it cash. Now how can I know the details of the rider and who can I contact regarding my refund? What a big dissapointed! It wasted my time and I loss my appetite waiting to nothing! Please do have your contact where your customer can talk to an agent not automated response. I know its a small amount, but wasting my time waiting my order to eat is very hassle for my part. Not my mistake but I am the one who need to adjust? Please do an action regarding this, not only for my sake but also for the sake of other customers, your employees and your company. Thank you.
