We decided to go with this company for our immigration to Canada. We paid the registration fees, and they sent us the contract and after reviewing it and before even signing it we realized that we cannot go through with this now as it will be a financial burden on us. We contacted them and asked for our refund, they kept us waiting for 14 days to tell us in the end that they cannot refund and they keep sending me the part of the contract which i did not sign that the money is non refundable. Anyway i decided to explain the situation and how bad i need this refund as i have maxed my credit card and i provided the proof for that but they chose to just ignore my emails.

We paid Aed 1932/- as a registration fee to Ms.Sobia and Altamash they did not even gave me the file no. And since the process has not started for New Zealand and they are not accepting any files , they took money and now saying that they cannnot refund our amount

I had happily registered for a Canadian visa by paying AED 1932 online in Dubai, but I lost my job just some days after registering.
I sent emails to the reconciliation Dept for a refund because of the situation I have fallen into along with my family.

Your reconciliation staff ALTAMASH BUTT replied back of no refund. I replied back to your staff ALTAMASH BUTT for a reconsideration due to my current unforeseen situation, but there has never been a single response since my email dated 20 July 2020. I further tried contacting him on +971543076812 & +97143031996 several several times but again failed to speak to him as the just kept ringing and ringing. A couple of times, he disconnected my call without answering. Then I sent him WhatsApp message, but didn't bother to respond.

Ultimately, I called his office number +97143031996 from different phone number and to my surprise, he answered and immediately asked me sternly if I was calling him from +971559896164. I told him 'yes'. He replied back telling me that he is busy and has scheduled calls to answer (I wondered what are scheduled calls ???) and that he will call back but it's been more than 5 days now but I still haven't received his call or email.

I cooperated by choosing to wait for his call/message.

I have not taken up a single service of GMS but instead paid AED 1932 as registration.
I desperately request to please refund my amount as I am facing an unpredictable future. Please see into my matter of refund as I request for a reconsideration of refund.

I decided to withdraw my application as GMS has the worst customer service and Employees are not proactive. The agreed services that was promised before I sign-up were not being offered post-paying full service fees.


See summarized story of my case:
- On Aug. 24, 2019, I have signed up to GMS for Canadian Immigration Program after Sales Advisor (Sobia) told me the following;
i) I am eligible to apply for Canadian Express Entry Program based on my profile I have shared with Sobia.
ii) If I decide to sign-up on the same day, Sobia will be able to reserve a slot for me in the limited number of canadian immigrant.
iii) Sobia mentioned that all I need to do is complete my documents and take an IELTS with minimum score of 6 in all 4 subjects
iv) Sobia mentioned that my contract with them on what I have paid would include checking for alternative options in applying for different program or if I wish to change the country of immigration.
- On basis of Sobia's statements above, I have signed up and paid initial amount of AED 2512.
- Within two weeks of post signing up, I received multiple calls on daily basis from GMS employee (Jyoti) to settle remaining payment which I eventually paid on September 18, 2019.
- After paying full amount, that's when I observed that something was wrong. I never got a call the way GMS used to call me. I have to call them every now and then just to get an update. GMS employees are either not picking up the calls or would return call after a day or two.
- I was asked to retake my IELTS as the first result was below the eligibility requirement for express entry program. However, that result was eligible for a provincial nomination program and asked to apply for that program instead, but I was advised to retake my IELTS for express entry. (As per agreement, part of contract is I have the option to switch for other options)
- I still retake my IELTS and got the required results on second time. After completing all requirement and documents in first week of January 2020, I was informed by Abhishek (GMS Employee) that I need to retake my IELTS again as I am not eligible for express entry.
- GMS employee does not consult their customers or offer the options that was promised to them when they were asked to sign-up.
- False promises/commitments. Defrauding customers and making lies to influence customers decision making and agreed services were not provided.

I don't know what to say after reading such an amazing email from you guys.

First of all, you guys never emailed me or called me in this 2 years time period. When you guys needed money than you used to call me every single day and once the money is with you, you get vanished.

Such an unprofessional way of dealing with clients, a lot of people told me about your bad services but still, I paid you money and opened a case with you. You guys never follow up never reply never update us on anything.

I am sure now you need more money to fill your accounts that why got bothered to send me an email.

I will make sure to put reviews about you everywhere possible on social media to warn them, I wonder if you guys have ANY MANAGER in your company who is professional enough to deal with the case.

You guys literally played with our emotions, future plans and wasted 2 years of our time.

I will make sure to save as many people as I can from you guys. I PROMISE YOU THAT!
