I had happily registered for a Canadian visa by paying AED 1932 online in Dubai, but I lost my job just some days after registering.
I sent emails to the reconciliation Dept for a refund because of the situation I have fallen into along with my family.
Your reconciliation staff ALTAMASH BUTT replied back of no refund. I replied back to your staff ALTAMASH BUTT for a reconsideration due to my current unforeseen situation, but there has never been a single response since my email dated 20 July 2020. I further tried contacting him on +971543076812 & +97143031996 several several times but again failed to speak to him as the just kept ringing and ringing. A couple of times, he disconnected my call without answering. Then I sent him WhatsApp message, but didn't bother to respond.
Ultimately, I called his office number +97143031996 from different phone number and to my surprise, he answered and immediately asked me sternly if I was calling him from +971559896164. I told him 'yes'. He replied back telling me that he is busy and has scheduled calls to answer (I wondered what are scheduled calls ???) and that he will call back but it's been more than 5 days now but I still haven't received his call or email.
I cooperated by choosing to wait for his call/message.
I have not taken up a single service of GMS but instead paid AED 1932 as registration.
I desperately request to please refund my amount as I am facing an unpredictable future. Please see into my matter of refund as I request for a reconsideration of refund.
