An agent told me that refund/reversal is system made as payment is linked to the number attached to the account. Refund was however made a number other than mine only for me to be told that I provided a wrong number, a number I have been using for years..and even if its a typo since the number is captured in the system how can it be sent to another ..more over I added my full name so all these should have been checked before committing the reversal. in the long run I didn't get my refund. this is really uncalled for

I was consistently abused, persecuted and antagonized jointly and serverally by different customer service representatives (Derrick and co) at jumia Ghana. Thus, anytime I called their line on 0302740630 to inquire about the status of items which were way past the delivery dates promised by Jumia, they sought to antagonize me. Thus, instead of assiting me, they put me on speaker and start interrogating and patronizing me on call. They insist on asking unwarranted questions before informing me that my orders that had been confirmed and both my visa and master cards charged were invalid. I was told by another male customer service when I called the same number that my order would be delivered or something and then hanged up. One Albert I believe is the one championing these abuse as he can be heard on the background. Another female is also heard contributing to my aabuse.

I made a purchase for a black mikachi water dispenser which cost ghc595. What was delivered was a red vizio dispenser which cost ghc580. I made a request for a return. I got an email and sms indicating that the product will be picked up today only to receive an email later that my refund request had been cancelled. I tried calling the driver who was supposed to do the pick up, no response. Jumias hotline never goes through and when I tried filling out a complaint form again I was told it was a duplicate complaint so it was deleted. This is totally unacceptable and I am not pleased with the way my order has been handled.

I ordered two wrist watches on Jumia and I paid via mobile money since they no longer do cash on delivery. I ordered the items on Monday 30th September, 2019 and I received a confirmation and was directed to check my e-mail for the delivery timelines. As at now I have not received any message or a call from the customer care centre. Right now I am confused and don't know when my item will be delivered to me.
