Hi We purchased a new vehicle from Kia Bryanston. We took delivery of the vehicle around 7th October 2020. We are still waiting for our new registration number. We emailed and have spoken to Pamela Sanhehwe and Greg Savage several times.It is one excuse after another. Is this the way Kia do business!!! Please investigate for us as this is not acceptable. We have to keep on renewing our temporary plates. Very unprofessional.

I took my Kia Sportage in for a service and to have the clutch pulley replaced in December 2019, I asked them to also do the FULL check on the car and inform me of any other parts that needed replacing and also asked them to do diagnostics on the vehicle. They phoned me back and told me a lot of other parts also needed replacement and I told them to fix EVERYTHING!!! I also asked them to replace all belts etc since they are doing the clutch pulley. They charged me R 24500 I got it back by end of January and after 3 days the car was stuck in one gear, it is a automatic so when you put it into gear it only used the 4th gear and none of the light on the dash or flickers worked anymore all of a sudden, so i took it back and they said they were sorry they forgot to put back gearbox oil in the car and something was wrong with the harness which was never a problem. I then got it back about 2 weeks later and the car started to overheat the same day I got it back, it has never done this in the 3 years I owned it, I took it back again and after about a week they told me now the clutch fan is now not working and that is why it is overheating, I had to the pay another R 6500 to have this replaced which after inspection from a specialist they told me that there was NOTHING wrong with the old fan that they took out. So after they "Fixed the overheating problem I collected the vehicle on the Friday and drove about 45 Km and it overheated again so much so that a water pipe burst and the head gasket blew!!! They are now telling me this is wear and tear after they complete did a full check, serviced and replaced all parts and my extras and fixed my overheating problem, Now R 32000 later they are telling me that it is my problem not theirs, I was left at night with my wife and 3 kids along a dark road with no lights for hours waiting for a low bed truck to come and fetch us and want to sue them so hard they can never do this to anyone else ever again! I HATE KIA ROODEPOORT with my entire being, they are dishonest snakes and Manny seems to be the cover up guy for all of these things.

I would like to extend my outmost dissatisfaction with Kia Bryanston (William Nicole). There is absolutely no respect for clients. When we drop off our cars for service we are made to wait for drivers and we are patient regardless of us being late for work or not. A week ago they called me to tell me the driver was outside . I went outside only to wait for a full hour outside calling them and getting messages that they will locate the driver and call me back. After almost four calls I called them back to find out that the driver was still in the office and only making his way to me. The rain caught up with me and I had to uber there to get my car. Today the driver called me at 2pm while I am in an important meeting and told me my car is ready and I have to come get it, when I told him that I am still in a meeting he should at least come around 3pm he told me that they don’t deal with customer time. He then referred me to someone who indicated that my line was bad. He hanged up and I called back. When I called back I was told that they will locate the driver but no one got back to me. I called them twice again with the same story and when I called them again they told me that they were told that I don’t need to be picked up. I was made to wait for a call back while they were engaging with their management regarding picking me up. After a while I was called only to be told that the driver will be here in 20 minutes.

I would like to understand that is this the service that KIA Motors provides their customers? I am truly annoyed and disgusted by this kind of experience. One lady even took a taxi to work in the morning after waiting for that long. I don’t think I will recommend KIA to any of my family, friends or colleagues. This is really unacceptable
