Summary of the incident/ complaint Bumili po ako sa Mini stop valley golf I asked for the big part and telling her the chicken I want but she give me the wrong one and then she's giving me attitude kinukuha ko palang change ko nagiispray sa sa harap ko employee niyo which is nakakabastos I didn't get there name because wala siyang name tag you can check the CCTV I walk from Starbucks Sierra Valley Cainta to Ministop para umorder ng food but bad customer service ang natanggap ko nakakalungkot dahil I worked also in customer service industry but we're not giving service like that giving bad attitude to customer. I want an action to this.

Unfair yung cashie( shie) ang name nya 500 lng bills ko binile ko nman worth 100plus pero yung isang bumile 1000 ang bills pero nasuklian nya faceshield lng ang binile. Dapat po nde po kayo namimile ng customer. Dito po yan sa mini stop padis sa robinson

Selling Fritos without sauce, I bought two orders of Fritos. Cashier gave me 2 sachets of ketchup. I asked for one more ketchup, I was denied. I told the cashier that when I bought yesterday with their so-called Maam, I was given 2 sachets of ketchup for only one order. I was denied that their so called Maam was not even there yesterday. So ako daw liar.

Good day!last nyt I've been here with my employer.so much satisfied coz ur counter so happy person and did well.thats why were enjoying.and also the reason why I'll comeback here instead in other convenience.or food store.BUT SO MUCH DISAPPOINTED,that the girl who's on duty today was mkes me bad vibes.i know that u have standard or proper in customer service ryt?

Im asking SA promo which we brought last nyt.pero d nya ko pinansin.bglang ngsv nlng Ng total bill ko.tpos she's irritated.knocking on table..na ngmmdali.then bngsak nya ung 2pesos n change ko s llgyan.ok lng nung una e.thats why medyo ngobserve ako.but I've noticed hnd lng skin e.ive been there 30mins.gnon pdn.walng proper greetings and approaching for every customer.pls teach ur employee how to be good in customer...mukhang she's not in a mood n mgwork today...hope that it will not happen again.cause ur product reflect to the employee..I love ur meal so much... thanks.
Also she's not giving a receipt I've noticed.

Your cashier in EGI Taft Tower branch named Becca is rude. Even if she knew I was going to order she made me wait by doing other things. And when she handed out the change she just slammed it on the desk instead of putting it on the hand I was reaching out. Her service made my experience unpleasant and makes me not want to visit that branch that much anymore.

Bumili aku ngayon sa branch nyo d2 sa chino roces ave. Cor montojo. Brgy sta cruz mkti. Napakapangit ng approach ng cashier named joy bastilaon. Bumili aku sausage with rice, xtra rice and orange juice. mukha akong sira na nghihintay then ska nya aku cnabihan n 6mins pa yun. Ndi nya aku binigyan ng receipt nung una.. So sabi ku cge uupo muna aku sabi nya tatawagin nya aku lumipaz ang 6mins. Wla pa so i decided na puntahan nlng nkita ku sa gilid nya yung order ku.. Sabi ku ito n ba yun sabi nya ou take out b yan.. Knina pag order ku dalawang beses ku n cnabi n dine in.. Then sabi ku my extra rice order ku kc malki din binayaran ku pero iniinsist nya n wla sabi ku yung resibo ku.. Bumubulong cia hbng hinahanap nya resibo ku then sabay sabi skin mamaya nlng.. Cnong ndi maiinis sa approach nya. So umupi pa din aku para kumain then pumunta aku ulit sa counter para sana mag avail ng extra rice. Tpoz nkita ku sa gilid nya yung rice na order ku kanina ksama ng resibo.. Ndi man lang cia humingi ng pacencia. Nakasimangot nlng lagi. Do some action.. Pls train your employee regarding sa customer relation..
