Hi, Ordered buy 1 take 1 party size pizza today , 09/30/2020, around 3:30 pm. I payed online as instructed within 15mins.got a text message confirming payment and delivery 4:08PM, says it will be delivered within 29 mins. @4:56 CSR call me, says theres an Address issue, so I said How can it be, bacause, I got the add from Google maps, and when you look it up we will have the same result. So I said it's almost an hour why are you calling me just now?

She said ill call you back pls keep your lines open. 10mins later Wala pa din, in short they wanted me to cancel para wla nang issue. Pero I insisted, good thing about the maanager of Maybunga C.Raymundo Via Marie Diaz, took the initiative made a decision to take on the order reversed the Payment, and simultaneously saved the day. Bec at this point they asked me na to come back early the next day, and went down to cge 4pm na lng balik k sir? Sabe ko Kung 4 pm ako ma serve di San Ng punta ako Ng 4pm, e Alam ko nga time dito e. Still insisted not to serve me, in this time of pandemic every client is important. But these to manage to tell another poor customer na cut off na ,balik ka buaks.
