I think she was lying. See who was on duty 12 November at about 09h00am.

I now printed at Jetline for R1 per page

PPA15732141890. Durban South Amanzimtoti branch say that they scanned the parcel out and Johannesburg say that do not know where it is.
I am awaiting Risk Department to advise on status of package after checking camera footage for more than 2 days. I have called and emailed your staff in Johannesburg and Durban but no one has taken responsibilty to sort this out. Everyone passes the buck and no one is reverting with any reasonable explanation.

I did not recieve my package for over a week so i went in store to check on it . This is Estcourt postnet 3 hellet road 3310. In store i stood for 5 minutes while the 2 employees continued conversation. The guy that served me stated his name is Siyabonga and the lady said her name is Ndo later on. Im not sure if they gave the correct names.So i had not recieved even a greeting when "siyabonga" tells me "wear a mask" as he continued out of the store. When i returned and the guy finally gets me the package, i enquire as to why i havent recieved an sms , and the 2 employees say that they phone people now and proceeded to show me a paper with "voicemail" on it.i did not recieve any voicemail after checking my phone .i asked them how long has my package been in store and they both say they "dont know",the guy and the lady which im guessing was the manager say this to me.They proceeded to speak to the other 2 "customers" in zulu and one of them came up to me and touched my id card and tried to harrass me by asking racial questions.I am a regular customer and the employeees are always rude .Today is the 29th of October and my package was sent on the 10th of October. Pathetic and racist service from employees at estcourt branch!!!

I walked into Groenkloof Postnet with a name badge which I wanted to have re-made and also one for my wife. They copied the text from mine and I had to record my wife's details. I even asked whether they want to keep mine as an example. Needless to say they did the spelling incorrect, a Z became 2, a S became 5 and C became L. Guys I walked to this store, they do not have a working phone, and the manager was so "not aware" that he told me my product would be ready today, but they have not even got the spelling right.

On Saturday, 10 /10/20, at 11:55 my husband was at PostNet Waterfront, Humerail, to find the counter closed. He was urgently awaiting a car license from JHB and was very disappointed as he needed the license urgently! Another gentleman arrived at the same time. He was extremely irate as he made a special trip from somewhere out of town.
Pathetic service! Jobs are scarce please hire competent staff!
