Package missing since 29 October 2020 and no satisfactory response to numerous enquiries - Consumer Complaint for PostNet SA

PPA15732141890. Durban South Amanzimtoti branch say that they scanned the parcel out and Johannesburg say that do not know where it is.
I am awaiting Risk Department to advise on status of package after checking camera footage for more than 2 days. I have called and emailed your staff in Johannesburg and Durban but no one has taken responsibilty to sort this out. Everyone passes the buck and no one is reverting with any reasonable explanation.
