I'm a BidorBuy Seller since on pension and normally hand parcel or flyer in at Meadowdale. I don't think I had one shipment that the young lady didn't spell my name or my buyers details wrong. Buyers requesting PostNet Shipping unfortunately increased drastically the last week or so. I print the slip to try and avoid mistakes. It is extremely embarrassing to send your client a copy of waybill with incorrect spelling and it reflects on my business. This morning I went again to hand one parcel in, so I asked please try not to make spelling mistake. So the owner came in, I wasn't rude or nothing. So I asked him to please ask his staff to double check details or I will have to use Bedfordview. He immediately got very angry and told me that it's not the responsibility of his staff to make sure they capture the Waybill correctly and then asked the young lady to give my package back to take it to another Branch. Then at first he refused to give me my paper with shipping details back. The branch is generally not friendly, I've never came across such a rude person in my life and I'm pushing for 70. I had to go to Benoni so I handed the parcel in at El Ridge Branch, what a difference the total opposite.

My concern with PostNet is if it's your responsibility to capture Waybills correctly, how can I trust you with my clients shipment.???? Al my new listings will no longer offer PostNet as a posting option. Also to to further this matter with Aramex who handles my import shipment.

I went to Forest hill postnet as I have been going over a period of 3 years since staying around.To my surprise this time i was told that there's a charge for certifying documents.This has never happened to me before.The delivery as well took me back,because the Zulu lady(she had no name tag she has been for a coupleof years)pointed out that it is by law and that in some white areas you can get away with it because some white people refuse,but this is a black area.She mentioned that they don't even certify copies you bring with you,meaning i had to make new copies.May I have clarity on this because I am taking this further.She was in the company of her a young lady with cornrows and a young who seemed to be highly entertained by what she was saying.

Sanet is definitely not the right person for the job. I want to file grievance against her. She does not know her place when dealing with certain staff members when she visit branches, she is intimidating, she discriminate staff on their looks, she verbally abuse them. Who is she to tell people how they must look, when they were born that way. Who is she to discriminate, when she does not know the staff members peivate life or history? She is no manager? She does not have the right to do that, I will make sure that something is done about this, I am totally fed up, to my ears, to hear that she mistreat staff members.

I sent a parcel which was Tv on the 9th April 2021 in Queenstown Branch. The parcel took 7 working days to be delivered in Florida Johannesburg when It got there the box was broken mind you the box was never opened. you can clearly see that it was not handled with care even though it had been reported as high value and the fragile stickers all over it.

My daughter did not receive items which I sent her. I have receipt of things purchased and put in box. From there the nutella, hot chocolate, liqui fruit and a slab of chocolate were missing. Your service has proven to be not trustworthy. I am furious as these are items that I could barely afford but did so as it is exam time. If my mattered is not dealt with seriously I will not let this pass. Please treat it urgently or I will turn to social media to vent.

I was at Kuruman Postnet to pick up a package the lady that was helping me was very rude and the owner of this particular postnet was their and she did not see anything wrong how this lady was treating me, their is two leaflets that I was to sing and she just put it on the counter as she is walking away to get the package she is telling me to sign and put my ID number on the leaflets as far as I am concerned she must stand at the counter and tell me where to sing and put my ID number. I then told her she is very rude ill not resign the leaflets as I signed on the wrong space and she refused to give my package to me the owner come not apologizing or anything and told me not asking me sign or they will not give my package. I am disgusted by the customer service of Kuruman POSTNET.

I ordered some items from Bennie' Custom Keyrings. On 2021-04-06 the items were handed in at Florida Postnet. I received a call from Florida Postnet on 2021-04-08 that my parcel was delivered at Postnet Sunward Lifestyle in Boksburg. (Nearest Postnet to me) and that I can collect my parcel. On 2021-04-09 at about 12H30 I went to Postnet Sunward Lifestyle to collect my parcel. I was assisted by a lady with the name Xanté. She denied my parcel was delivered to them. I phoned Florida Postnet who again confirmed that the parcel was delivered at Sunward Lifestyle. Another lady (whose name I don't know)from Sunward Postnet then spoke to Florida Postnet on my cell phone and requested Florida to e-mail the proof of delivery which was done. The document cleary shows that the same Xanté who denied the parcel was delivered, were the person who acknowledged the receipt of the parcel on 2021-04-08 at 13H47. They started looking for the parcel inside the store but could not find it and just shrug their shoulders. I did not receive my parcel although all items and postage was paid. What do I do now. Must I go to the SAPS to open a case of theft. Do I claim my travelling costs and duty hour/time I spent with at Sunward Lifestyle Postnet?

I am so frestrated as I Sent a parcel using overnight service. The parcel was sent on the 9th january 2021 from Thavhani mall was expected to be delivered on the 10th.

I made a follow up on the 11th and the driver called the receiver promising to deliver the parcel today 12th before 13:00, the driver did not arrived as promised and did not answer his phone. 0728660407. It was for the first time I use your service but I am disappointed a d frustrated. You charged me R245. 00 for overnight a d my parcel is not received in 3 days. I need a refund please since I am not receiving the service I paid for.

Postnet Cape Gate in my experience is the worst Postnet I ever had to deal with. Their advert on their facebook page does not reflect what happens in the store. 'PostNet Cape Gate offer friendly, personalised service to all, business or individual, no job is too big or too small' !
I arrived this morning to enquire about a parcel i'm expecting and after giving them the tracking number was told that the parcel was not on the system. When I showed them the waybill they came back and told me that it was in fact in the shop and they were busy sorting the parcels. According to the "manager" I had to wait for them to send out an sms before I can collect the parcel. I asked them to just give me the parcel, as I was there, with 5 staff members in the shop, not doing anything, at the time, with no customers and they still refused to help me. So, there is no personalized service. When I asked to speak to the owner of the outlet, I was told that they are not allowed to pass the owners information to customers.
By 11H35 I have not received any sms.

Impossible to contact anyone at Postnet - ridiculous.

My parcel was sent on the 18th December 2020 From Port Shepstone. Until now it has not yet arrived and upon questioning now they dont even know where my parcel is and they want to know the contents thereof. I am very disappointed as it was a Christmas gift. I called the headoffice as well as the store where is is suppose to be delivered to. I also went into the store in Polokwane but she can not assist me. And they told her they will send her an email but still nothing is happening.

Posted a parcel 9 days ago, still it hasn't been delivered. When I call your people they refer me to a courier company to call their number. When I call the courier company they state that the driver couldn't find the postnet and returned with my parcel. Are you seriously trying to make money at the expense of our parcels? Why do you write 2-3working days when you know you cannot deliver. This is the 3rd time now receiving such bad assistance. What is your job if then, because each time I call I have to use my money and hold for over 20minutes to be told call the courier driver yourself. Your services are very poor, substandard. My parcel is PP1336889 posted from Thohoyandou to Matatiele KZN. The worst service ever.

I paid for a 2-3 working day delivery service from Thavhani mall Postnet to Dobsonville Postnet on the 12/12/2020 and to date the parcel still has not be delivered. This is now more than 3 days that I had paid for my parcel to be delivered.

First of all I would like to start by saying I usually buy my printing work from Floran Foto because the service there is amazing,

But since I need a few A5 canvasses, I decided to go to postnet pta north because they are cheaper, but the service was and has always been up to shit.

I asked on email for prices on canvasing and they gave me pricing. I asked how long is takes to process and there was no reply. A few days later we then drove to the postnet to order some and as I walked in, the staff does not greet you or look at you or is in any way friendly. The only half friendly one is the black lady that looked like she wanted to help. I then asked for the A5 canvas and the lady asked the other staff member if they do A5 (even though they gave me pricing), the lady then decided for me and I quote “ it is not worth it to do A5” (EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE ME PRICING).

She then replied that they can do it but it isn’t worth it for them. I then asked please , and it is though they just didn’t want to help me. The lady then said that it takes 10 days – where in your life?? Everytime I walk in there for queries , there are no customers (wonder why hmm) but still it takes so long to do small canvasing , where the other printing places that are actually busy and services are great , do it in a day time? As we walked out you could see them talking and throwing hands in the air as if we asked for to much

It is as if the work they do is to much effort for them and that they just want the day over with. It is not the first time that we get shitty service from this arrogant staff. And I am not the only one that has a complaint about them. From my co-workers that live in north , from my fiances family , from apprentices – I have heard about these ladies with attitude problems. I understand that once a while we have our off days and is not in the mood to help customers, but every single time the service just gets worse. I feel so uncomfortable walking in to this postnet.

So as a customer who personally and business wise do A LOT of printing and photos, I will STILL not recommend going to this post net – NO MATTER HOW CHEAP OR NEARBY THEY ARE.

I see about every year or so, a flyer in the window that they need staff ,,, I personally suggest that you put a new flyer on again and hire staff that wants to work and don’t sigh or roll their eyes. Someone with manners and personality please, then MAYBE I will consider to take my personal and company business to you.
