Missing parcel - Consumer Complaint for PostNet SA
RECIPIENT
PostNet SAMy parcel was sent on the 18th December 2020 From Port Shepstone. Until now it has not yet arrived and upon questioning now they dont even know where my parcel is and they want to know the contents thereof. I am very disappointed as it was a Christmas gift. I called the headoffice as well as the store where is is suppose to be delivered to. I also went into the store in Polokwane but she can not assist me. And they told her they will send her an email but still nothing is happening.
