Theft - Consumer Complaint for PostNet SA
RECIPIENT
PostNet SAMy daughter did not receive items which I sent her. I have receipt of things purchased and put in box. From there the nutella, hot chocolate, liqui fruit and a slab of chocolate were missing. Your service has proven to be not trustworthy. I am furious as these are items that I could barely afford but did so as it is exam time. If my mattered is not dealt with seriously I will not let this pass. Please treat it urgently or I will turn to social media to vent.
