Good day

First of all I would like to start by saying I usually buy my printing work from Floran Foto because the service there is amazing,

But since I need a few A5 canvasses, I decided to go to postnet pta north because they are cheaper, but the service was and has always been up to shit.

I asked on email for prices on canvasing and they gave me pricing. I asked how long is takes to process and there was no reply. A few days later we then drove to the postnet to order some and as I walked in, the staff does not greet you or look at you or is in any way friendly. The only half friendly one is the black lady that looked like she wanted to help. I then asked for the A5 canvas and the lady asked the other staff member if they do A5 (even though they gave me pricing), the lady then decided for me and I quote “ it is not worth it to do A5” (EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE ME PRICING).

She then replied that they can do it but it isn’t worth it for them. I then asked please , and it is though they just didn’t want to help me. The lady then said that it takes 10 days – where in your life?? Everytime I walk in there for queries , there are no customers (wonder why hmm) but still it takes so long to do small canvasing , where the other printing places that are actually busy and services are great , do it in a day time? As we walked out you could see them talking and throwing hands in the air as if we asked for to much

It is as if the work they do is to much effort for them and that they just want the day over with. It is not the first time that we get shitty service from this arrogant staff. And I am not the only one that has a complaint about them. From my co-workers that live in north , from my fiances family , from apprentices – I have heard about these ladies with attitude problems. I understand that once a while we have our off days and is not in the mood to help customers, but every single time the service just gets worse. I feel so uncomfortable walking in to this postnet.

So as a customer who personally and business wise do A LOT of printing and photos, I will STILL not recommend going to this post net – NO MATTER HOW CHEAP OR NEARBY THEY ARE.

I see about every year or so, a flyer in the window that they need staff ,,, I personally suggest that you put a new flyer on again and hire staff that wants to work and don’t sigh or roll their eyes. Someone with manners and personality please, then MAYBE I will consider to take my personal and company business to you.
