Meadowdale PostNet very rude. - Consumer Complaint for PostNet SA

I'm a BidorBuy Seller since on pension and normally hand parcel or flyer in at Meadowdale. I don't think I had one shipment that the young lady didn't spell my name or my buyers details wrong. Buyers requesting PostNet Shipping unfortunately increased drastically the last week or so. I print the slip to try and avoid mistakes. It is extremely embarrassing to send your client a copy of waybill with incorrect spelling and it reflects on my business. This morning I went again to hand one parcel in, so I asked please try not to make spelling mistake. So the owner came in, I wasn't rude or nothing. So I asked him to please ask his staff to double check details or I will have to use Bedfordview. He immediately got very angry and told me that it's not the responsibility of his staff to make sure they capture the Waybill correctly and then asked the young lady to give my package back to take it to another Branch. Then at first he refused to give me my paper with shipping details back. The branch is generally not friendly, I've never came across such a rude person in my life and I'm pushing for 70. I had to go to Benoni so I handed the parcel in at El Ridge Branch, what a difference the total opposite.

My concern with PostNet is if it's your responsibility to capture Waybills correctly, how can I trust you with my clients shipment.???? Al my new listings will no longer offer PostNet as a posting option. Also to to further this matter with Aramex who handles my import shipment.
