Postnet Cape Gate- no service and misleading advertising. - Consumer Complaint for PostNet SA

Postnet Cape Gate in my experience is the worst Postnet I ever had to deal with. Their advert on their facebook page does not reflect what happens in the store. 'PostNet Cape Gate offer friendly, personalised service to all, business or individual, no job is too big or too small' !
I arrived this morning to enquire about a parcel i'm expecting and after giving them the tracking number was told that the parcel was not on the system. When I showed them the waybill they came back and told me that it was in fact in the shop and they were busy sorting the parcels. According to the "manager" I had to wait for them to send out an sms before I can collect the parcel. I asked them to just give me the parcel, as I was there, with 5 staff members in the shop, not doing anything, at the time, with no customers and they still refused to help me. So, there is no personalized service. When I asked to speak to the owner of the outlet, I was told that they are not allowed to pass the owners information to customers.
By 11H35 I have not received any sms.
