One of your agent hack my sporty bet account on 29/07/2020 n withdrew #3500 from sportybet account n #29000 from my bank account. Return my money or I will sue you people to court

It was a match between Football Frydek Mistek vs Bank Ostrava B. The game started at 2pm Nigeria time.

I played under 4.5@ 1.50 odds. I staked the bet with N500 and was expected to win N750. Luckily for me, the match ended 0 - 1 at full time of 90 minutes.

My ticket details on my sportybet account indicated game won with a congratulations. However, instead of being paid N750, my bet account was credited with only N500 only.

I chatted with two sportybet online customer representatives, a lady named Jenifer Nwoko and someone with the name Kishak. These two claimed that the match was abandoned and therefore my total stake was refunded. I sent to them results and proofs from two other online sport bet companies namely sofascore.com and scoresinlive.com which proved that the match was concluded and not abandoned. But these two insisted that the match was abandoned even though they have nothing to support their claim.

Please i could not attach the screenshot photo of final results as shown on sofascore.com and scoresinlive.com that the match was concluded and played for 90 minutes but these can be verified online.

Consequent upon the above, I am hereby filing a case of deliberate fraud against sportybet Nigeria and its allies and demand as follows:

1. A refund of my winning amount of N250.00
2. A refund to other similar customers who may have been robbed by this deliberate and dubious action by sportybet.
3. An unreserved letter of apology signed by sportybet Nigeria.
4. A substantial compensation in the sum that will deter the company from making future attempt at cheating customers.
5. A person to person phone call from the company admitting its fault and apologizing for the actions.

About a week ago.
I complained I couldn't withdraw from my sportybet account. That the account used in making the first withdrawal isn't mine. I was told to exercise patience, that I should send my ATM details , valid ID card, registered sportybet number and error message I received .

I have done all that but still no response from sportybet.
Anytime I call them there busy my call. I have never heard any customer care line is been busied.. I have funds in my sportybet more a week getting to two weeks now I can't withdraw it and sportybet has told me to exercise patience.

I had a winning on my account immediately they log me out while they held my money with them till now I don't have access to my sportybet account since two days now

i won 4million naira ticket game which i wanted to transfer 3.5million to my personal account since May 27th 2019 till date(2 Months) have not receive the money and the trade transaction ticket still pending till now.Have send series of message and calls.pleasa release my money for me...My Phone no 08028396672
