Not subscribed - Consumer Complaint for STAR TIMES Kampala, Uganda, Helpline, Customer Care Number
I recharged my account 02028655648 on Saturday 30/06/2020 for a two weeks time viewing but right now on 01/06/2020,i can't watch any channel apart from UBC yet I know that all local channels are in a nova bouquet.

Am super annoyed by the level of arrogance irresponsiblity and ineffectiveness of startimes Uganda every time I pay my subscription I spend weeks without watching

Good evening management of Star times. Am just disappointed with the way you people have kept removing nice channels like Love Nature, Fine Living (FLN), Sino Drama, Kunfu 2 and others and today to my serious disappointment you removed Novela E 208 channel where we have been following some nice episode for Nathan called " Since I Found you". I willingly paid subscription for one month( Classic bouquet) just to follow up on the episode and wen I turned to channel 208 it was no more. Can management tell us where the problem is cse its becoming too much; every other time channels are being removed and replaced w funny ones thus loosing the meaning as to why we bought star times TV plus its decoder and other things. We need those channels back because we are entertained when we watch. Waiting to hear from you soon

I paid for my subscription on the 12/10/2020 but u are still telling me to recharge , called your customer care like 40times but in vain and yet wen the subscription is due u will cut us off. Work on it , my card number is 01819508142.
