Hello management! Everytime I pay for a monthly or weekly novela package on account number 01819713947 it is terminated before the right date. I'm so much disappointed in your billing rates.

Please please star times stop playing with our money. I have a balance on your account which is reasonable enough to add some amount to pay for my classic, instead you converted my 6k to one day payment only. Yet you are to add it to my balance so I can have my classic package. Stop stealing my money and i think some investigations should be carried out on yours services as soon as possible.

I have been noticing for some time now that management of star times keeps removing channels from the list which entertain some of us very much like Love Nature( Wild Life channel), Fine Living (FLN channel), Sino Drama, Kunfu 2 and today I was very much disappointed to learn that even Novela E channel 208 has been removed and yet we were following some interesting episode for Nathan I e. Since I found You. Please tell us what the problem is that u pipo keep removing some of the most interesting channels from the list. We are not happy at all bcse of that. We pay our monthly subscription hoping to get service but only to be disappointed; Why is management of star times doing that to its loyal customers? We need answers cse it's too much

Thank you star times Uganda, i have a feedback from my 4 years old son he needs the cartoons for the fire brigade and he also noted that some of the cartoons have become monotonous especially in JimJam where the same cartoons is played everyday and most times. He adviced that these issues needs to be addressed to improve customer's satisfaction. Thanks. Feedback from Gulu city-Uganda.

I paid for nova didn't I know the package was changed 4m 11000 to 12000 and I was given 7days why? 01819522036.yet per week is 4000 return it and I add on the 1k and you give me 1month 0773346417. This is roberly of the highest order please do something.

I recharged my account 02028655648 on Saturday 30/06/2020 for a two weeks time viewing but right now on 01/06/2020,i can't watch any channel apart from UBC yet I know that all local channels are in a nova bouquet.

Am super annoyed by the level of arrogance irresponsiblity and ineffectiveness of startimes Uganda every time I pay my subscription I spend weeks without watching
