Vodacom Data - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I bought data on the 12/11/2020 the data has not been allocated till today, when I called vodacom on the 13-11-2020 the consultant I spoke to, said my issue has been escalated, they gave me ticket number A2-KCE0-SRX1SX and gave me a timeframe of 24-48hrs, today is the 15th but yet my issue has not been resolved. I called today and spoke to a different consultant, the one I spoke to today said there’s no timeframe I should just “wait” , now in my head I’m thinking it could be a week, a month, or even years. I find vodacom very incompetent and I’m very upset, coz I believe if one buys data, they buy it with a purpose of using it right then and there, now for me to wait for such a long time really annoys me, coz they were very quick to debit my account!!
