No action on converge regarding lost connection - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

We lost our internet last May 30, 2021. Filed complaint thru converge customer care hotline on June 1, 2021. Converge informed me it will fix between 24 to 48 hours. However, when I did a follow up they said a technician when there and was trying to call me. I asked out security if there is a technician that came by. And she replied none. It more than a week since we lost our internet and no feedback or action from converge. This is really frustrating.please help them improve.
