Repairs no feed back nothing - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Bradlows Rustenburg very good customer service I bought evolution couches 16 March 2021 on 16 April 2021 reported faulty on them it took a week before the couches wer collected.27th April couches where collected guys who came where very rude they didn't even cover those couches imagine your hard earned money being treated like that, we wer told it would take 7days max for repairs.Its more than 7 days no communication or whatsoever until I sent an email I'm told couches are Stil at warehouse IL be informed when they will be repaired. I don't owe those couches I thought I had paid for quality I thought Bradlows was a reputable store but I regret I have to beg for service it's winter me and my family are sitting on the floor for something I have paid or I'm getting this because I AM BLACK I won't sit back and be treated like this I paid for those couches if I can't get what I paid for please give me my money back so I can go shop somewhere else if I can't be helped today media must realy know how we treated at bradlows.
Customer Service can't help I must call the shop where the shop says headoffice deals with companies for repairs its Winter I sit down on the floor with my family while I paid for Couches please take us serious we pay for service not this
