My name is Abubakr Taliep ,I am very frustrated and dissapointed in the service I am receiving from management and staff at this branch. I made a settlement payment on account on the 21st December 2020 as it already has been cancelled.Somehow they did not update the system as paid/balance amount settled from me. Up until today I am receiving numerous calls about not paying my account and final notice emails on several occasions.My credit score report has not been updated as it still shows as unpaid.I have made multiple visits to the branch requested assistance in this matter but they redirecting me back to the call centre. I am basically going around in damn circles trying to retrieve my settlement letter .The manager fail to assist me instead he sends me back and forth to the consultants thats not solving this issue at all.The proof of payment was sent aswell but nothing has change instead Im being harassed with calls and emails!!!!!!
