The bus to from Bellville CT to Cradock should of left at 6pm it is 9.20pm no bus and old people standing waiting from 5pm!
This matter should be taken to the Ombudsman and Media as this is a gross failure of service conditions and absolute disrespect of the customer! You should not be allowed to sell tickets or operate despite Dec traffic you should plan. Absolutely unacceptable and I will certainly be taking this matter to the highest office!

Comment I need a full refund the bus never arrived nobody answers any of your phone lines must this go legal before I get an answer. Your organisation is despicable nearly had an elderly lady robbed due to your bus not arriving and we had to collect herat 10pm at night 5hours after dropping her off! Please advise urgently!
