BAD/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCED - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

Good day,

I will raised this concern/issue to the head. This is to inform you regarding your JNT LAMITAN-BRANCH w a very bad/poor customer service experienced. I am a regular customer of JNT Express since 2019 here in Manila Ph. I’ve trusted JNT Express so much because my parcel hasn’t deliver to long, they deliver it right away once it arrives at their branch that’s the best thing of choosing JNT Express. I really trust JNT Express before and until now pa naman po. But suddenly, this Lamitan-Branch has a really bad and poor customer service this was happened May 8, 2021. One of the courier of this Branch is a lier named
(Omar Cabbeh), the courier reported that my receiver was unavailable that time date May 8, 2021. On behalf of my receiver it is not true because my receiver wasn’t leave the house that day because she was expecting her delivery that day. My receiver once told me that its happened for many times if the rider is neglected they really don’t deliver it to the receiver. I texted the courier that night May 8, 2021 at 9:11PM asking him why he didn’t deliver the parcel of my receiver because badly need the parcel because my receiver will going to use what she bought to me on Eid’l Fitr day. But suddenly this issue came up, the rider replied to me that night. Please see printscreen below! I feel humiliated on my part because I’ve encountered a more than of hundreds of JNT rider but this one is different, they don’t know how to handle customer complain.Yes! Really, they are! Later that night around 9:36PM the admin of the Lamitan-Branch called to me saying that my concern was raised to her by the courier. The admin of the branch explained to me everything and i also seek a help from her because i’m counting on her. If she can tell the rider to please deliver the parcel of my receiver tomorrow morning May 9, 2020 she said that there is no problem with that. She also said that she will priority my request, and i also told here that i have more than 10parcels to arrived that day May 9, 2020 i even send to her all my waybill no. to please monitor all of my parcel and to please do not RTS any of my parcel coming from me, because the rider of this branch once they feel neglected they really don’t deliver the packages to the receiver and thats the problem with that Branch. Around 3pm in the afternoon May 9, 2021 my receiver texted me that the delivery rider wasn’t there pa po and its already 3pm in the afternoon. The admin of the Branch once told me that their cut-off is every 4pm in the afternoon. I told right away my receiver to just go to the branch for her to be able to get her parcel because its already 3pm in the afternoon they might RTS it once the delivery is unsuccessful. I texted the admin of the branch right away about the situation, the admin called to me and talked to me in a sarcastic way she even shouted at me and she hung-up the phone right away. What a shame!! The admin of this branch has a short temper.
What kind of employee’s/customer service this branch had? I am very upset, Yes very very upset.

I’m a Single mom who worked 24/7 to feed my two babies because i was just giving a birth last month.
Do i deserve to get this kind of treatment? I loved my customer’s i worked a lot even i was just giving birth, to get the satisfaction of my customers and this thing came up.

I’m hoping to not get this kind of treatment again.

On my behalf please train well and educate your employees at this branch (Lamitan-Branch) and teach them the proper way of handling customer service.
