Unprofessional,Poor service from store manager - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I'm extremely disappointed by the service I got from one of your shops in Durban Bluff Pepcell specially from a Store Manager...
I bought a Router last week and explain to the lady serving me that can she please make sure that everything works well and activated because I'm Not staying around Bluff so I cannot have time or afford to drive and come back here... They did or should I say they said they did everything and all is loaded and activated. 24hours pass but Router not connected and Im back home then,I had to move from pillar to post, from MTN shops and Pep shops nearby my house to fix the problem with no luck,I had to come back to your Bluff store after 3 days because I was told they are the ones who didn't do 1,2&3.. I called & emailed MTN and my matter was escalated to Manager,And I called you Pepcell customer services also before I drove back to this store..Only when I come with this complain this lady says She didn't know what to do,I stood there waiting for 1hour30minutes and She will just disappear and hide at the back,for about 4times I had to ask the cashier to call her at the back and update me...

After 1h30mns I asked for her again only to come to me and say I have send email
