1. No connection since Dec 25, 2020. Ticket has been launched 004324002, there's no update until today.
2. I have been hang up on several times after waiting for 20 to 30 mins to reach someone to make a follow up.
3. I was able to reach Nikka of their tech support. She promised an email two hours yet the email content is exactly the same as discussed on the phone - no solution at all. They seem to promise something just to get rid of their customer.

3 weeks and counting without Internet.
