LBC COP concern - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I sent a package via LBC COP last July 7, 2020. The customer picked up the item last Monday July 20,2020. The customer sent proofs (photos) that the Item was already received. But the branch where the item was picked up never marked the item as claimed. The branch was LBC Edsa Guadalupe and up until now the payment could not be processed since the item never changed status. Please Help!
