Recieving my package - Consumer Complaint for Federal Fedex Express Train

On 24th December 2019. I ordered for an item which I followed and tracked and was in the country with in a week. When I contacked FedEx I was informed later that I was to pay and clear taxes of the item because the cost price was above 50 dollars. And that the assessment was not made yet by URA. So I should wait for the details the next day due to the holidays. Before the Close Of Business I was sent an email of a typed email price for my taxes that I had to clear. When I asked for URA assessment forms, I was told I should appoint the FedEx recommended agent whose license was being renewed and with in a weeks time they would be available. It is two weeks now and the agent has not renewed the licence. And being told to use my own independent clearing agent a process I wanted to use at the beginning but could not because the FedEx staff just sent me a typed assessment price instead of the URA assessment documents so that I can clear my item PLEASE.
