That number claims to be working with you people but I don't know it.... I have been in touch with him on WhatsApp and he told me to send him money worth 25 dollars to clear my package and o paid the money but they are asking for delivery fee

Dear Sir, we are a manufacturing industry in Uganda and we consistently receive consignments from China and right now we have the following consignments FEDEX: 397258523717 | fedex:396981694779 | FEDEX - 771638442205 & FEDEX 396558746439 however, your local franchise is messing up our consignments - the last one reached Kampala on 21 September and we paid them UGX 95,000 and we cleared 117,100 Ugx towards Revenue clearance, till date 29 September 2020 we had not received our consignment and all their contacts are NOT being answered (i wonder why they even have phone numbers on the official site that don't work) and nobody is taking responsibility in giving us feedback. This is the last communication we are sending in to FEDEX, we are intending to take legal action as our machines that are waiting for these spares had not been running and each day we lose 4,000,000 UGX on loss of production. This has put a lot of strain and our office personnel are put to unnecessary strain and stress due to this because of the innumerable phone calls that are never answered. and very very disgusting responses which requires all treatment with contempt. We are tired of this kind of service from FEDEX Uganda. Consider this as a warning and justify why you should not be sued legally in the courts of Uganda?

I paid for my parcel a month ago pax transport and ura taxes i have been waiting to get updated on my delivery i was told it was queried and was asked for receipts i availed them i have never since then got update no call no email but received there money in time. Should say my parcel is lost. And no one seems to bother the office in bugolobi moved and we were not notified we bounced i was there with another client same issue like mine. I have called the people in mbuya office i have no update at all . This is not worth the money paid and its very disappointing and un professional.

On 24th December 2019. I ordered for an item which I followed and tracked and was in the country with in a week. When I contacked FedEx I was informed later that I was to pay and clear taxes of the item because the cost price was above 50 dollars. And that the assessment was not made yet by URA. So I should wait for the details the next day due to the holidays. Before the Close Of Business I was sent an email of a typed email price for my taxes that I had to clear. When I asked for URA assessment forms, I was told I should appoint the FedEx recommended agent whose license was being renewed and with in a weeks time they would be available. It is two weeks now and the agent has not renewed the licence. And being told to use my own independent clearing agent a process I wanted to use at the beginning but could not because the FedEx staff just sent me a typed assessment price instead of the URA assessment documents so that I can clear my item PLEASE.

Sent a parcel but 24 hours later I am not able to track my parcel.Says 'Not found. Tracking number cannot be found.....'
I have called all the numbers provided on the website and on the receipt, they go unanswered and one went to Diamond Trust Bank 3 times!!
