I paid for my parcel a month ago pax transport and ura taxes i have been waiting to get updated on my delivery i was told it was queried and was asked for receipts i availed them i have never since then got update no call no email but received there money in time. Should say my parcel is lost. And no one seems to bother the office in bugolobi moved and we were not notified we bounced i was there with another client same issue like mine. I have called the people in mbuya office i have no update at all . This is not worth the money paid and its very disappointing and un professional.
