My parcel pick up on march 21 2021 madinah saudi arabia.until now I did not track my parcel this is aircargo.almost 3weeks I follow up my issue no one can inform me where is my parcel.why this is happen no proper communication no proper update and endorsement to my concern.last time one agent answered me he is so rude an professional how he talk to me,im still hopping someone can help me to answer my question and my concern.please if still no action I will open this concern and I will file complain in police here in saudi arabia regardless this jeddah branch.
