Unsacessful transation issue - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Ghana

I’ve deposited money Into my account to place a bet since in the Saturday but still the money is not yet into my account I want to know why??? I did two transactions 20ghc and 10ghs I can’t upload pictures of the two transactions at the same time
