I have now been trying to cancel my contracts which ended a year ago for the last 3 weeks.

I have called the cancellations department every single day since this started, and every person i talk talk to tells me the cancellation will be loaded, the matter has been escalated and that someone will call me back. None of this ever happens.

I've begged, pleaded, cried, shouted and cursed with the same results.

I am now lodging complaints on every single forum i can find, including with the Ombudsman and my attorney.

As a consumer who has done everything i was supposed to, but got ignored by everyone involved, i will now do whatever i have to get this matter resolved and to make everyone who sees this aware that this is how Vodacom treats their customers.

And through all of this Vodacom happily keeps billing me. This is not even subtle, it's blatant daylight robbery.

I hope someone at Vodacom sees this and decides to handle it like a responsible service provider before it turns any uglier than it already has.

I have all the relevant dates, times, people spoken to, conversations with said people and reference numbers.
