Its been 19 days (May 20th-present) since i lost internet service on converge. Been reporting it to their technical support aswelll as sevice desk including the agency who process our connection but they response barely rare and keep repeating same reply like before asking whats the problem and giving me ticket for my report but aint receiving any repairs until now. Cant even contact them thru cuatomer hotline numbers are always out of coverage or unattended mostly.
