Free month subscription bonus - Consumer Complaint for GOtv Uganda, Contacts,GoTv Uganda Customer Care

I received the message below "SMS STOP to 6060 to OptOut: Reconnect to your previous GOtv Max package at 40,000 for IUC 2015917476 within 7 days to enjoy one month on us.T&Cs apply" from Gotv Uganda on the 2nd Dec 2020 and I paid this amount on 4th Dec 2020. I am now receiving notification that my subscription will expire on the 4th Jan 2021. Will the promise be honored or not? I need to know so that I decide what to do next. Thx
