Lost package - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

My package was released to an unauthorized person. Now i cannot locate my package for 2 weeks the branch doesnt seem to be doing anything. I believe 2 weeks is more than enough. Package contains sensitive things such that i needed in training. The incident caused irreversable damage to my grades at school.
