Poor Customer Service/Unprofessional business ethics - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

September 03, I sent my application for FiberX 25 MBPS together with the upfront or security deposit, I was advised via email, SMS and website reference, that my application was Approved and for Schedule of Installation, however weeks past I haven't received any calls from their base, even an email to Inform me for the Schedules, when I tried reaching the customer care/customer service, I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone even an acknowledgement email wasn't present, I tried using their web application "Click2Talk" from 9 AM to 6 PM but its useless unreliable, tried aclling their hotlines at the same time, was also busy, That until I decided to Cancel my Application and request for full refund as of today 09/16/2020.
