Item Not Deliver - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

May 25, 2020 nagpadala kami ng item thru lbc SM Pulilan Branch, door to door to Receiver at Cainta. May 26, 2020 on-going na yung delivery. Then we track our package and bakit napunta sa Mandaluyong. Bumalik kami sa Lbc sm pulilan, nagreklamo kami. then May 28, 2020 nasa Cainta Cargo Delivery Team na yung Item namin. Bakit till now hindi pa nirerelease sa cargo. 17days passed and still naka stock pa rin yung item. Nag request kami kung di madeliver door to door, dalin na lang sa LBC Primark Cainta para pick up na lang, request was sent thru email by lbc sm pulilan. but still nasa cargo pa rin. Brand new cellphone yung pinadala namin na may 7days warranty lang na pwede palitan if may depect. If magkaproblema yung item papalitan ba ng LBC. Nauna pa dumating yung CP pinadala namin sa mindanao on the same date.
Paki gawan naman ng paraan na medeliver yung item namin. Estudyante po yung gagamit ng cellphone na lock down sa cainta. Maawa naman kayo. Tracking No. 362047691521
