Vodacom - Head OfficeSince 20 February 2021 I'm struggling with vodacom to pay me back for overpayment on my 6 vodacom contracts and everytime I have to speak to a new consultant and explain everything over again, I'm a loyal customer for 18yr with vodacom and they can't even pay me back the money they owe me and every week I have to phone vodacom and ask where is my money and every time they reply with 7-14 days to wait for funds in my bank account this is not the way customer service is done and I'm very unhappy with vodacom
