I am a vodacom customer who has been trying to cancel my contract from December last year 2020 I have spoken to many different operators I even e-mailed vodacom and received confirmation that my complaint/cancellation will be sorted in January 2021 and I will be re imbursed for one month to my suprise I was debited again for my cancelled contract. This is frustrating to go through the same process for months and your agents all promise to sort it out and escalate the matter but still no results as I am still paying for a CONTRACT I already cancelled through no fault of mine.
