NO REFUND - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

It’s been almost 5 months since I ordered from foodpanda, my order was accepted and then after 10 mins they suddenly cancelled my order last minute. I paid through my bpi debit card and it was credited with the said amount, at first I was just waiting for 7 days hoping they would return the amount they credited to my debit card but waited for nothing, I’ve been sending email and messages to their facebook and I always receiving the same response giving me a reference number multiple times,I keep checking the reference number with my aunt, a bank manager and there’s no refund money with the said reference number. I just wanted to get a refund but it took me 5 months and still waiting.
