i am a foodpanda rider i am thankful for that i believe your company is a great help for us Filipino specially in this time of pandemic, my problem start when i was graded as a batch 3 category...during scheduled shift (thusrday4pm) i cannot get any shift because the roadrunner app is not fucntioning well....i havent secure a shift for a month now...i know im a freelance rider but that does not make sense because we are partners, and partners do help each other...i went to the foodpanda san juan hub...sir abel is not helping us but rather treating us as if we do not exist or always tells us that we are freelance rider and we can transfer job whenever we want to....but i love food panda phils i wish to continue work with you...some people in the hub are rumored to withheld shift and offer shift to riders with acertain fee....please help us with this problem....i only wish to improve our company....i believe we riders deserve the right to be heard and acted upon...thank you and God bless
