Upgrade one month later and still not resolved?????? - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I've been trying for more than a month to have my phone (042 416 0575)upgraded.

I've been challenged and sent from pillar to post dealing with total incompetence, lack of communication, unprofessional business behaviour, total lack of understanding, total lack of care.....Etc.

Naidoo, Merrisha and her manager should be replaced with people that are much more competent.

I'm at the point that "my deal" has expired and now they want me to pay an additional R250 per month?

I'm at my wits end???????
